Something to eat and drink.  There is NOWHERE to stop once you are on the water. Bring sunscreen and bug spray (if you are a bug magnet.) Mask and snorkel. We also sell these in our store.

Yes. Definitely call 2 days ahead for Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.  It never hurts to call ahead to check on availability and creek conditions.

We are in Florida, so it’s always a possibility.  However, due to the water temperature on this section of the creek, it’s extremely unlikely that you’ll see an alligator. 

There are Porta Potties at every landing. There are also 4 at the Springs. However, the springs are not developed in any other ways. There are no picnic tables or grills at the Springs. 

The creek averages 6-8 feet.

Don’t carry anything you don’t want to get wet or lose. However, you WILL need to carry a phone to call for pickup. Tip overs can happen. Whatever you bring will most likely get wet.  We do sell some small water proof bags in the store.  

The 1 mile trip takes approximately 1 hour of total paddling. The 4 mile trip takes approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours of paddling.  Most people spend 4-5 hours on the water.  Spend all day on the water or make the short trip in a couple of hours.

Yes, shuttle is included in your rental price.  We rent by the boat, not by the person. So once you decide on your boat, we will take you and your boat to the landing with your paddles, life vest, and whistle. Once you reach the landing of your choice (1 mile or 4 mile pick up point) call us at the number we give you and we will come pick you up right away. 

Yes. Cost is $20 per boat to shuttle you and your boat to the landing nearest the Springs and pick you up when you call from either the 1 mile or 4 mile pickup point. 

Minimum age is 2 years old.
